First cat yoga of the season is Friday, February 20, at the VHS!
Get ready for a biiiiiiiiiig stretch, reaching your fitness goals alongside adoptable cats… a 2025 fan favorite is returning to the VHS event calendar!
The first 2026 session of cat yoga will be held on Friday, February 20th from 6:30-7:30 pm in the Cageless Cat Lounge at the VHS. Enjoy a 1-hour yoga class with an instructor, surrounded by up to 30 felines!
All fitness levels are welcome. Children 9 years and older are welcome to join with purchase of an adult ticket.
