The Best Creation: Anime-tion

While numerous people can sit and watch reruns of their favorite live-action shows such as The Office and Friends, others will be found sitting and watching animated shows. More specifically in this case being Anime. Ah yes, Anime, one of the most well-loved types of animation by people of all ages. Though many of them have hundreds of episodes, many fans still proceed to watch them over and over again. Anime has hours of content right at a person's fingertips. Even if people don’t like watching the episodes then they could read the manga that came before it. It allows for two types of people to still get the same story in different ways. I personally love the anime side more than the manga. The anime I enjoy most are Sword Art Online, FairyTail, etc… and I have watched them multiple times. My friends have sat and watched animes such as Naruto and One Piece again and again because they find them that good.

The question is what makes anime so interesting to people? Is it the art style? Or maybe it’s the storyline, but then again there are some amazing voice actors that dub over the original language of the show as well. Big names in the industry are Matthew Mercer, Cristina Vee, Bryce Papenbrook, and more. Not only are these voice actors big in the anime industry, but they also do other voice work that can lead people to watch anime because numerous people enjoy their other works. When watching dubbed anime you are sure to hear a familiar voice at some point when watching more than one. Anime such as Naruto, Bleach, One Piece, and Dragon Ball Z are the most common and loved. Recently there have been many new favorites with My Hero Academia, Hunter x Hunter, and Demon Slayer being the most memorable. With all shows, there are always hidden jewels and with anime there are many. Blue Exorcist and Assassination Classroom are some underrated animes that deserve more recognition than they get.

Anime is one of the best things since sliced bread and definitely one of the best forms of entertainment. It is also a great way to make friends and many people who like anime will watch it together if a new episode comes out (such as One Piece) or if they just want to rewatch a specific one. Who knew a type of animation would bring so many people together? I didn’t think moving colors on a screen with voices would be so important to a group of people, but then I got into it and realized it was a lot more than what I originally thought.

My Personal Recommendations for Anime from my personal favorite to some great anime starts with Blue Exorcist, then Sword Art Online, FairyTail, and finally ending off with the great Nura: Rise of the Yokai Clan. Definitely, anime that anyone should watch when they have the time to do so.
